KISS' last studio recording featuring the original line-up now available as an online video-clip

Kiss live 1998

"Detroit Rock City '98" stands as KISS' final studio
recording featuring the original line-up of Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley & Peter Criss.

Originally intended for inclusion on the 'Detroit Rock City' movie's soundtrack, its only actual appearance was in the film's explosive concert finale.

Using the long-forgotten DVD bonus content, a new and exciting fan-made music video has been created by Andrew Sgambati, to take you back to that moment in KISStory!

'Detroit Rock City' was a 1999 American teen comedy film directed by Adam Rifkin and written by Carl V. Dupré. It tells of four teenage boys in a KISS tribute band who is trying to see their idols in a concert in Detroit in 1978. Comparable with other rock films such as 'Rock 'n' Roll High School', 'Dazed and Confused', and 'I Wanna Hold Your Hand', it tells a coming-of-age story through a filter of 1970s music and culture in the United States. It took its title from the classic KISS song of the same name..
